I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 833, DE 2003

Approves the act authorizing the New Palma Cultural Association to run community broadcasting service in the city of New Palma, State of Rio Grande do Sul.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 500 of August 24, 2001, which authorizes the New Palma Cultural Association to perform, by the ten-year term, without the right of exclusivity, community broadcasting service in the city of New Palma, State of Rio Grande do Sul.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
