MAKE KNOW THAT THE NATIONAL CONGRESS HAS APPROVED, AND I, Ramez Tebet, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, item 28, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 429, DE 2001

Approves the act authorising the COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION THE VOICE OF BEBEDOURO to perform community broadcasting service in the city of Maceió, State of Alagoas.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 167 of May 12, 2000 authorizing the Community Association the Voice of Bebedgold to be executed, for three years, without the right of exclusivity, broadcasting service community in the city of Maceió, State of Alagoas.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
