I make it known that the National Congress has approved, and I, Jose Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art single paragraph. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 823, DE 2009

Approves the act that outorship authorization to the COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION OF RADIO DIFFUSION FM CITY FREE OF LAGOON OF THE SAN FRANCISCO-PI to run community broadcasting service in the city of Lagoon of San Francisco, State of Piauí.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1 It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 791 of December 20, 2007, which outored authorization to the Community Association of Radio diffusion FM Free City of Lagoon of the San Francisco-PI to perform, for 10 (ten) years, without right of exclusivity, community broadcasting service in the city of Lagoon of San Francisco, State of Piauí.

Art. 2 This Legislative Decree comes into effect on the date of its publication.
