I do know that the NATIONAL CONGRESS has approved, and I, ANTONIO CARLOS MAGALHÃES, PRESIDENT of the FEDERAL SENATE, in the terms of art. 48, item 28, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE No 249, DE 2000.

Approves the act that authorizes the?Association Vale of the Araguaia of Artistic / Cultural Development? FM (Avada FM)? to perform community broadcasting service in the locality of São Miguel do Araguaia, State of the Goiás.

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECRETA:

Art. 1º Is the act as referred to in Portaria No. 6 of January 10, 2000, which authorized it?Association Valley of the Artistic Development / Cultural Development Araguaia? FM (Avada FM)? to perform for three years, without a right of exclusivity, community broadcasting service in the locality of São Miguel do Araguaia, State of the Goiás.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
