I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 210, DE 2003

Approves the act authorising the VERA CRUZ PRO-DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION to run community broadcasting service in the city of Vera Cruz, State of Rio Grande do Sul.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 381 of July 11, 2001 authorising the Association Pro-Development of Vera Cruz, to be executed, by the ten-year period without the right of exclusivity, community broadcasting service in the city of Vera Cruz, State of Rio Grande do Sul.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
