I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Marta Suplicy, First Deputy Speaker of the Senate Federal, in the exercise of the Presidency, under the single paragraph of art. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE N °- 185, DE 2012

Approves the act that outorship permission to THE UMPTEENTH NOVELTY Foundation to perform sound broadcasting service in frequency modulated in the city of Current, State of Piauí.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 441 of July 17, 2008, which outored permission to the Onth Novelty Foundation to perform, for 10 (ten) years, without the right of exclusivity, sound broadcasting service in modulated frequency, with exclusively educational purposes, in the city of Current, State of Piauí.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
