I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Paulo Paim, First Deputy Speaker of the Federal Senate, in the exercise of the presidency, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 38, DE 2004

Approves the act that outorship permission to the CANUDOS FOUNDATION to perform sound broadcasting service on modulated frequency in the city of Quixeramobim, State of Ceará.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 484 of March 26, 2002, which outorship permission to the Canudos Foundation to perform, for ten years, without the right of exclusivity, sound broadcasting service in modulated frequency, with purposes exclusively educational, in the city of Quixeramobim, State of Ceará.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
