I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 733, DE 2004

Approves the act that renews the permission given to the educational foundation sant?ana to explore sound radio broadcasting service in modulated frequency in the city of Caicó, State of Rio Grande do Norte.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved of the act referred to in Portaria No. 630 of October 24, 2001, which renews for 10 (ten) years, as of December 9, 1996, the permission given to the Educational Foundation Sant?Ana to explore, without a right of exclusivity, sound broadcasting service in modulated frequency in the city of Caicó, State of Rio Grande do Norte.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
