Opens extraordinary credit, worth R$ 208,000,000.00 (two hundred and eight million reais), in favor of the Ministries of National Integration and Mines and Energy, for the purposes it specifies.

I make it known that the President of the Republic adopted the Provisional Measure No. 72 of 2002 that the National Congress approved, and I, Ramez Tebet, President of the Bureau of the National Congress, for the effects of the provisions on art. 62 of the Federal Constitution, with the essay given by Constitutional Amendment No 32, 2001, promulgated the following Law:

Art. 1º It stands open extraordinary credit worth R$ 208,000,000.00 (two hundred and eight million reais), in favor of the National Integration and Mines and Energy Ministries, to meet the constant programming of Annex I of this Act.

Art. 2º The resources necessary for the execution of the art. 1º will result from the partial cancellation of budget appropriations, as indicated in Annex II of this Act, being R$ 85,000,000.00 (eighty-five million reais) from the Contingency Reserve.

Art. 3º This Act comes into force on the date of its publication.
