DECREE NO 3,936, DE September 24, 2001

Provides on the counterpart of the Federal District and States in the celebration of arrangements for the execution of the Fundamental Education Supplementation Course, in the education modality of young and adult employees of the Project of Professionalization of the Workers of Nursing Area-PROFAE.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution that confers you the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and in view of the provisions of art. 35, § 1º, inciso IV, of Law No. 9,995 of July 25, 2000, and at art. 2º of Decree No 3,794 of April 19, 2001,

DECRETA:

Art. 1º The counterpart of the Federal District and States to firm arrangements with the Ministry of Health, through the Office of Investment Management in Health, within the framework of the Workers' Professionalization Project of the Nursing Area, with a view to executing the Fundamental Teaching Supplementation Course, in the modality of young and adult PROFAE workers, will be one percent.

Art. 2º This Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
