I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Renan Calheiros, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 67, DE 2005

Approves the act that renews the concession of the CULTURAL FOUNDATION SANTA HELENA to explore medium-wave sound broadcasting service in the city of St. Helena of Goiás, State of Goiás.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Decree s / No, of August 20, 2002, which renews for 10 (ten) years, as of August 10, 1998, the grant of the Holy Helena Cultural Foundation to explore, without the right of exclusivity, service of medium wave radio broadcasting in the city of St. Helena of Goiás, State of Goiás.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
