I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 862, DE 2003

Approves the act that outorship permission to the SYRIA COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM LTDA. to explore sound broadcasting service in modulated frequency in the city of Icaraíma, State of Paraná.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved of the act referred to in Portaria No. 1,481 of August 2, 2002, which outorship permission to the Syrian Communications System Ltda. to explore, for ten years, without a right of exclusivity, sound broadcasting service in modulated frequency in the city of Icaraíma, State of Paraná.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
