Aproof the act that renews permission outored à?Atlantis Radio FM from Passo Fund Ltda.? to explore sound radio broadcasting service in modulated frequency in the city of Passo Fund, State of Rio Grande do Sul.

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS DECREES:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 166 of October 18, 1999, which renews for ten years, as of November 22, 1997, the permission given to the?Atlantis Radio FM from Passo Fund Ltda.?, outored originally to the?Radio Gaúcha? Zero Time of Communications Ltda.?, to explore sound radio broadcasting service in modulated frequency in the city of Passo Fund, State of Rio Grande do Sul.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
