I make it known that the National Congress has approved, and I, Jose Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art single paragraph. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 437, DE 2010

Aproof the act that renews the concession outored to TV alliance paulista s.A. to explore radio broadcasting service of sounds and images in the city of Sorocaba, State of São Paulo.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Decree s / No, of February 27, 2009, which renews for 15 (fifteen) years, as of August 26, 2003, the concession bestoned on TV Alliance Paulista S.A. to explore, without the right to exclusivity, broadcasting service of sounds and images in the city of Sorocaba, State of São Paulo.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
