DECREE NO 4,002, DE November 7, 2001

It gives new essay to the inciso II of the art. 5º of Decree No. 3,892 of August 20, 2001, which has on the acquisition of air fare tickets and purchases of materials and services, upon use of the Corporate Credit Card by the organs and the entities of the Public Administration Federal direct, municipal and founder, and gives other arrangements.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution that confers you the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and in view of the provisions of art. 15, inciso III, of Law No. 8,666 of June 21, 1993,

D E C R E T A:

Art. 1º The inciso II of the art. 5º of Decree No 3,892 of August 20, 2001, passes vigorously with the following essay:

?II-allow the trial of tenders based on the highest percentage of discount offered by travel agencies on the value of sales volume.? (NR)

Art. 2º This Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
