I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 148, DE 2004

Approves the act authorising the CULTURAL COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION OF BARK RIVER TELERADIODIFFUSION? ASCOTEL to run community broadcasting service in the city of Rio Casca, State of Minas Gerais.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved of the act referred to in Portaria No. 388 of March 19, 2002 authorizing the Cultural Community Association of Teleradiodiffusion of Rio Casca? ASCOTEL to run, for ten years, without a right of exclusivity, community broadcasting service in the city of Rio Casca, State of Minas Gerais.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
