THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignments conferring you the art. 84, incisos IV and VI, paragraph "a", of the Constitution,

DECRETA:

Art. 1º stay remanded, in the form of this article and from Annex I to this Decree, the following Cargos in Committee of the Grupo-Direction and Superiors-DAS and Gratified Functions-FG:

I-of the Management Office of the Ministry of Planning, Budget and Management, for the Ministry of Justice: two DAS 101.4 ; four DAS 101.2 ; four DAS 101.1 ; two DAS 102.5 ; a DAS 102.3 ; four DAS 102.1 and seven FG-3 ; and

II-from the Ministry of Justice to the Office of Management of the Ministry of Planning, Budget and Management: two DAS 101.5 ; two DAS 102.4 and four DAS 102.2.

Art. 2º As a result of the provisions of the art. 1º, Annex II to the Decree No 4,991 of February 18, 2004 passes on in the form of Annex II to this Decree.

Art. 3º This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its publication.

Art. 4º It shall be repealed Decree No 5,065 of May 3, 2004.
