DECREE OF November 18, 2005.

Declaration of social interest, for the purposes of agrarian reform, rural real estate that mentions, and gives other arrangements.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignments that confer upon him the arts. 84, inciso IV, and 184 of the Constitution, and in the terms of the arts. 2nd of the Supplementary Law no 76, July 6, 1993, 18 and 20 of the Act No 4,504 of November 30, 1964 and 2nd of the Act No 8,629 of February 25, 1993,

DECRETA:

Art. 1º Stay declared of social interest, for the purposes of agrarian reform, in the terms of the arts. 18, letters "a", "b", "c" and "d", and 20, inciso VI, of the Law No 4,504 of November 30, 1964, and 2nd of the Law No 8,629 of February 25, 1993, the following rural real estate:

I-"Fazenda Suissa", with registered area of eight hundred and forty-nine hectares, twenty-and- five airs and ninety five centiars, and area measured seishundred hectares, thirty four airs and seventy to eight centiars, situated in the Municipality of Lord of the Bonfim, object of the Matricles in the 5,790, fls. 47, Book 2-V ; 1,991, fls. 282, Book 2-G ; 1,992, fls. 283, Book 2-G ; and 6,110, fls. 42, Book 2-V, of the Real Estate Registration Office of the Lord of the Lord of the Bonfim, State of Bahia (Process INCRA/SR-05/no 54160.004090 /2004-36) ;

II-"Folded Farm and Mata of the Provisional", with registered area of eight hundred and ninety and nine hectares, eleven airs and thirty-seven centiars, and area measure of a thousand, four hundred and forty-six hectares, sixty-three airs and a centiare, situated in the Municipality of Patrocinio, object of the Matricles in the 1,694, Book 2-F ; 1,695, Book 2-F ; and 26,704, Book 2-BB, of the Estate Registration Card of the Comarca of Patrocynin, State of Minas Gerais (Process INCRA/SR-06/no 54170.006477 /2003-27) ;

III-"Farm Corrego Fund", with registered area of two thousand, seven hectares, nine airs and eighty-six centiars, and area measure of two thousand, five hectares, sixty-one airs and thirty-seven centiars, situated in the Municipality of Campina Verde, object of the Registrars in the R-3-9.643, Ficha 04, Book 2 ; R-4-6.217, fls. 23, Book 2-X ; and R-6-6.246, fls. 53, Book 2-X, of the Estate Registration Office of the Comarca of Green Campina, State of Minas Gerais (Process INCRA/SR-06/no 54170.006793 /2004-80) ;

IV-"Farm Progress", with area of a thousand, four hundred and fifty-two hectares, situated in the Municipality of Santa Maria das Barriers, object of Registration No 24,961, Ficha 01, Book 2-CK, of the Estate Registration Office of the Araguaia Conception Comarch, State of Pará (Process INCRA/SR-27/no 54102.000615 /2004-88) ;

V-"Fazenda Belo Dia", with area of twenty one thousand, eight hundred and fifty hectares and fifty airs, situated in the Municipalities of Inajá and Tacaratu, object of Averbation in the AV-1-501, fls. 54, Book 2-C, of the Real Estate Registration Office of the Comarch of Inajá, State of Pernambuco INCRA/SR-29/no 54141.000304 /2004-23) ;

VI-"Farmed Fortress VII", with area of two hundred and thirty hectares, one are and eighty and seven centiars, situated in the Municipality of Esperantina, object of the Registration in R-1-2.309, fls. 103, Book 2-B, from the Office of the 1st Offer of the Real Estate Registration of the Comarch of Esperantina, State of Piauí (Process INCRA/SR-24/no 21680.002762 /96-70) ;

VII-"Canto da Cruz", with area of one thousand, one hundred and fifty-three hectares, fifty three airs and fifty centiars, situated in the Municipality of Buriti dos Lopes, object of the Registrars in the R-1-21, fls. 21, Book 2-A ; R-1-744, fls. 93v, Book 2-D ; R-1-59, fls. 128, Book 2-A ; Matricles in the 1,504, fls. 40, Book 2-J ; 129, fls. 129, Book 2-A ; and 128, fls. 128, Book 2-A, of the Office of the 1st Oftice of the Buriti Comarch of the Lopes, State of Piauí (Process INCRA/SR-24/no 54380.000144 /2003-19) ; and

VIII-"Fabric Malhada of the Stone", with area of three thousand, forty-six hectares, eighty and two airs and thirty centiars, situated in the Municipality of Monte do Carmo, object of the Records in the R-4-476, Book 2-C ; and R-8-475, Book 2-C, of the Carthium Registration Card of Monte do Carmo, National Port Comarch, State of the Tocantins (Process INCRA/SR-26/no 54400.000543 /2005-66).

Art. 2º Delete from the effects of this Decree the semovents, machinery and agricultural implements as well as the existing benefits in the real estate referred to in art. First and belonging to those who will be beneficiaries with their destination.

Art. 3º The National Institute for Colonization and Agrarian Reform-INCRA is authorized to promote the dispossession of rural real estate that it treats this Decree, in the manner provided for in the Supplementary Law no 76 of July 6, 1993, and to maintain the areas of Legal reservation and permanent preservation provided for in Law No 4,771 of September 15, 1965, preferably in single gleba, in order to reconcile the settlement with the preservation of the environment.

Art. 4º This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
