I make it known that the National Congress has approved, and I, Jose Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 372, DE 2009

Approves the act that outorship authorization to the ASSOCIATION PIONEER COMMUNITY FOR BROADCASTING, FOR THE PROMOTION OF CULTURE, ARTS AND EDUCATION to perform community broadcasting service in the city of Cuparaque, State of Minas Gerais.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 983 of November 23, 2006, which outorga authorization to the Pioneer Community Association of Broadcasting, for the Promotion of Culture, Arts and Education to perform, for 10 (ten) years, with no right of exclusivity, community broadcasting service in the city of Cuparaque, State of Minas Gerais.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
