I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Renan Calheiros, President of the Federal Senate, under the single paragraph of the art. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO-255, DE 2013

Approves the act that outorship concession to RADIO SANTA CATARINA LTDA. to explore radio broadcasting service of sounds and images in the city of Joaçaba, State of Santa Catarina.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Decree s / para. of March 23, 2012, which outorship grant to Radio Santa Catarina Ltda. to explore, for 15 (fifteen) years, with no right of exclusivity, speech broadcasting service of sounds and images in the city of Joaçaba, State of Santa Catarina.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
