DECREE OF October 14, 2004

Opens the Union Fiscal Budget, in favor of the Ministry of Communications, supplemental credit in value of R$ 16,403,000.00, for reinforcement of appropriations in the current Budget Act.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution that confers you the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and in view of the authorisation contained in art. 4th, inciso I, paragraph "d", of Law No. 10,837 of January 16, 2004,

DECRETA:

Art. 1º It is open to the Union Fiscal Budget (Law No. 10,837 of January 16, 2004), in favor of the Ministry of Communications, supplementary credit worth R$ 16,403,000.00 (sixteen million, four hundred and three thousand reais), to meet the schedule indicated in the Annex of this Decree.

Art. 2º The resources required for the opening of the credit that it treats art. 1º stem from excess revenue collection from Rates for the Exercise of Police Power.

Art. 3º This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
