PROVISIONAL MEASURE # 1.955-74, OF November 16, 2000.
Provides on the payment of the military and Public Servers of the Federal Executive Power, including its municipalities and foundations, as well as the employees of the public companies and the mixed economy societies and their subsidiaries, and gives other arrangements.
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution that confers you the art. 62 of the Constitution, adopts the following Interim Measure, with force of law:
Art. 1º As of the month of January 1999, the payment of remuneration of the military and public servants of the Federal Executive Power, including its municipalities and foundations, as well as of employees of public companies and economics societies mixed and of its subsidiaries or controlled directly or indirectly by the Union, regardless of the source of resources used for payment of these expenses, shall be effected up to the fifth business day of each subsequent month to that of competence.
§ 1º Should the date of payment adopted be arising out of agreement or collective work convention, the leader of the public enterprise and of the mixed economy company and of its subsidiaries or controlled directly or indirectly by the Union, you should arrange, on the occasion of the next said collective or collective agreement, the change of the date of payment, with a view to compliance with the provisions of the caput of this article.
§ 2º As long as the amendment provided for in the preceding paragraph does not occur, the date of payment provided for in agreement or collective work convention shall be kept.
Art. 2º Having financial availability, resources can be provided for payment of personnel who receive the Union account as per the Executive Power act.
Art. 3º Stay convalidated the acts practiced on the basis of the Provisional Measure No. 1.955-73 of October 19, 2000.
Art. 4º This Provisional Measure shall come into force on the date of its publication.
Art. 5º Revoga the art. 6º of Law No. 8,627 of February 19, 1993.
