Opens to the Union Fiscal Budget, in favor of of the Ministries of the Environment and National Integration, supplementary credit in the global value of R$ 65,367,000.00 for the reinforcement of appropriations contained in the current Budget Law.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC I do know that the National Congress decrees and I sanction the following Law:

Art. 1º It is open to the Union Fiscal Budget (Law No. 11,647 of March 24, 2008), in Ministries of the Environment and National Integration, supplementary credit in the global value of R$ 65,367,000.00 (sixty-five million, three hundred and sixty-seven thousand reais), to meet the constant programming of Annex I of this Act.

Art. 2º The resources required for opening the credit that it treats art. 1º arise from:

I-excess collection of Ordinary Resources, worth R$ 63,867,000.00 (sixty-three million, eight hundred and sixty-seven thousand reais) ; and

II-partial cancellation of budget allocation, worth R$ 1,500,000.00 (one million and five hundred thousand reais), as indicated in Annex II of this Act.

Art. 3º This Act comes into force on the date of its publication.
