I do know that the FEDERAL SENATE has approved, and I, Antonio Carlos Magalhães, President, in the terms of the art. 48, item 28, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

(*) RESOLUTION # 64, DE 2000

Alters resolution No. 78, of 1998, of the Federal Senate, which has on the internal and external credit operations of the States, the Federal District, the Municipalities and their respective municipalities and foundations, including granting of guarantees, their limits and conditions of authorization, and gives other arrangements.

The FEDERAL SENATE

RESOLVE:

Single Article. The § 3º of the art. 3º of Resolution No. 78, 1998, passes vigorously with the following essay:

" § 3º Any anticipation of revenue arising from the anticipation of royalites revenue will be exclusive for capitalization of Welfare Funds or for amortization of debts with the Union. " (NR)
