DECREE NO-7,912, DE February 7, 2013

Promulga the Agreement on Technical Cooperation in the Military Domain between the Government of the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Government of the Republic of Cape Verde, firmed in Praia, on December 21, 1994.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution that confers him on art. 84, caput, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and

Considering that the Government of the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Government of the Republic of Cape Verde concluded, in Praia on December 21, 1994, an Agreement on Technical Cooperation in the Military Domain ;

Considering that the National Congress has approved this Agreement through Legislative Decree no 41 of April 12, 1996 ;

Considering that the Agreement entered into international vigor on May 4, 2010, pursuant to the first paragraph of its Article IX ;

D E C R E T A:

Art. 1º The Agreement on Technical Cooperation in the Military Domain between the Government of the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Government of the Republic of Cape Verde, struck in Praia on December 21, 1994, annexed to this Decree, shall be enacted and served as entirely as it does in it.

Art. 2º They are subject to the approval of the National Congress acts that may result in revision of the Agreement, as well as complementary adjustments that, in the terms of the art. 49, caput, inciso I, of the Constitution, carries charges or written commitments to the national heritage.

Art. 3º This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
