I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Renan Calheiros, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 973, DE 2005

Approves the act that renews the concession of the radio athenas ltda. to explore medium-wave noise broadcasting service in the city of Alfenas, State of Minas Gerais.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Decree s / para. of June 13, 2001, which renews for 10 (ten) years, from 1º May 1994, the concession of Radio Athens Ltda. to explore, without a right of exclusivity, average wave-broadcasting service in the city of Alfenas, State of Minas Gerais.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
