I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 511, DE 2004

Approves the act that outorship permission to the CULTURAL EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION CHAMBER OF BEAUTIFUL HORIZON LEADERS to perform sound broadcasting service on modulated frequency in the city of Belo Horizonte, State of Minas Gerais.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved of the act referred to in Portaria No. 135 of February 5, 2002, which outorship permission to the Cultural Educational Foundation Chamber of Lojist Leaders of Belo Horizonte to perform, for ten years, without a right of exclusivity, sound broadcasting service in modulated frequency, with exclusively educational purposes, in the city of Belo Horizonte, State of Minas Gerais.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
