I do know that the Federal Senate has approved, and I, José Sarney, President, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

R E S O L U UNK UNK No. 48, DE 2010

Alters resolution No. 28, of 2010, of the Federal Senate, with a view to rectifying the names of the external credit operation creditors, with a guarantee from the Federative Republic of Brazil, between the State of São Paulo and the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) and a consortium of banks japanese led by the Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC), for partial financing of the Entrepreneur-Yellow Line 4-Amarela of the São Paulo Subway, developed in co-financing with the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (Bird).

The Federal Senate resolves:

Art. 1º The amendment of the 2010 Resolution 28 of the Federal Senate, passes vigorously with the following essay:

?Authorizes the State of São Paulo to hire external credit operation, with collateral from the Federative Republic of Brazil, with the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) and a consortium of Japanese banks led by Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC), in Japanese yen equivalent to up to US$ 130,000,000.00 percent (one hundred and thirty million U.S. dollars).?

Art. 2º The arts. 1º and 2º of the 2010 Resolution 28 of the Federal Senate, pass vigorously with the following essay:

?Art. 1º It is the State of São Paulo authorized to hire external credit operation, with Union guarantee, with the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) and a consortium of Japanese banks led by Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC), in japanese yen equivalent to up to US$ 130,000,000.00 (one hundred and thirty million U.S. dollars).
