I make it known that the National Congress has approved, and I, Jose Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art single paragraph. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE N °- 53, DE 2012

Approves the act that outorship authorization to the COMMUNITY BROADCASTING BENEFIT FOR FORESTRY COMMUNITY to run community broadcasting service in the city of Rio Fortuna, State of Santa Catarina.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 329 of May 28, 2009, which outorship authorization to the Beneffective Community Broadcasting Association to perform, for 10 (ten) years, without the right of exclusivity, service of community broadcasting in the city of Rio Fortuna, State of Santa Catarina.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
