DECREE N °-7,973, DE March 28, 2013

Approves the Statute of the Federal Economic Box-CEF and gives other arrangements.

THE REPUBLIC OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution conferring you the art. 84, caput, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and in view of the provisions of Decree-Law No 759 of August 12, 1969,

D E C R E T A:

Art. 1 ° It is approved, in the form of the Annex, the Statute of the Federal Economic Box-CEF.

Art. 2 ° This Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.

Art. 3 ° Ficam revoked:

I-Decree n ° 6,473 of June 5, 2008 ;

II-Decree n ° 6,796 of March 17, 2009 ; and

III-Decree No. 7,086, of January 29, 2010.
