PROVISIONAL MEASURE # 2.018-8, OF September 27, 2000.
Opens extraordinary credit, in favor of the Ministry of the Environment and Official Credit Operations, at the global value of R$ 303,050,000.00, for the purposes it specifies.
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution that confers you the art. 62, combined with § 3º of the art. 167, of the Constitution, adopts the following Interim Measure, with force of law:
Art. 1º It opens outstanding credit, in favor of the Ministry of the Environment, worth R$ 51,050,000.00 (fifty and one million and fifty thousand real), to meet the constant programming of Annex I of this Provisional Measure.
Art. 2º The resources necessary for the implementation of the provisions of the preceding Article shall be carried out:
I-non-financial revenues directly raised, worth R$ 35,735,000.00 (thirty-five million, seven hundred and thirty-five thousand reais) ; and
II-convenium celebrated between Brazilian Petroleum S.A. -PETROBRÁS and the Brazilian Institute for Environment and Renewable Natural Resources-IBAMA, worth R$ 15,315,000.00 (fifteen million, three hundred and fifteen thousand reais).
Art. 3º It is open outstanding credit, in favor of Official Credit Operations, worth R$ 252,000,000 ,00 (two hundred and fifty and two million reais), to meet the constant programming of Annex II of this Provisional Measure.
Art. 4º The resources necessary for the implementation of the provisions of the preceding Article shall be due to the incorporation of excess revenue collection from the Official Credit Operations in the specified amount.
Art. 5º Stay convalidated the acts practiced on the basis of the Provisional Measure No. 2.018-7 of August 28, 2000.
Art. 6º This Provisional Measure shall come into force on the date of its publication.
