DECREE OF October 3, 2006.

Declaration of social interest, for the purposes of agrarian reform, the rural real estate named?Taoyo farm?, situated in the Municipality of Santa Rosa of the Tocantins, State of the Tocantins, and gives other providences.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignments that confer upon him the arts. 84, inciso IV, and 184 of the Constitution, and in the terms of the arts. 2nd of the Supplementary Law no 76, July 6, 1993, 18 and 20 of the Act No 4,504 of November 30, 1964 and 2nd of the Act No 8,629 of February 25, 1993,

DECRETA:

Art. 1st Stay declared of social interest, for agrarian reform purposes, rural real estate named?Taoyo farm?, with area of two thousand, four hundred and ninety hectares, situated in the Municipality of Santa Rosa of the Tocantins, object of the Registration in R-2, Fichas 01 and 02, Book 2, of the Estate Registration Office of the Comarca of Santa Rose from Tocantins, State of the Tocantins (Process INCRA/SR-26/TO/no 54400.001892 /2005-03).

Art. 2nd Excludes from the effects of this Decree the areas under public domain, the semovents, the machinery and agricultural implements, as well as the existing benfections in the real estate referred to in art. First and belonging to those who will be beneficiaries with their destination.

Art. 3rd The National Institute of Colonization and Agrarian Reform-INCRA, attested to particular dominial legitimacy, is authorized to promote the dispossession of the rural real estate of which it treats this Decree, in the manner provided for in the Supplementary Act no 76 of July 6, 1993, and to maintain the area of Legal Reserve and permanent preservation provided for in the Act No. 4,771 of September 15, 1965, preferably in single gleba, in order to reconcile the settlement with the preservation of the environment.

Art. 4th This Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
