Suspend the execution of art. 11 of Convegen ICM No 66 of December 14, 1988 from the Ministry of Finance.

The Federal Senate resolves:

Art. 1º The execution of the art is suspended. 11 of Convium ICM No 66 of December 14, 1988 from the Ministry of Finance, by virtue of declaration of unconstitutionality in decision of the Supreme Federal Court, in the autos of Appeal Extraordinary No 149.922-2- São Paulo.

Art. 2º This Resolution shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
