I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Renan Calheiros, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 23, DE 2005

Aproof the act that renews permission outored to RADIO ACTIVITY FM LTDA. to explore sound broadcasting service in modulated frequency in the city of Brasilia, Federal District.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 369 of July 24, 2000, which renews for 10 (ten) years, as of October 24, 1996, the permission given to the Radio Activity FM Ltda. to explore, without a right of exclusivity, sound broadcasting service in modulated frequency in the city of Brasilia, Federal District.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
