I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Garibaldi Alves Filho, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the single paragraph of the art. 52 of the Common Rules, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 320, DE 2008

Excludes from Annex VI to Law No. 11.647/08 (LOA/2008) the Contract paragraph PG-164/93-00, linked to subtitle-26.782.1458.10IX.0031-Adequacy of Trecho Road-Entruncation BR-116/259/451 (Governor Valadares)-Enthroning MG-020-in the BR-381-in the State of Minas Gerais (UO 39,252).

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is excluded from Annex VI to Law No. 11.647/08 (LOA/2008) the Contract # PG-164/93-00, linked to the subtitle-26.782.1458.10IX.0031-Suitability of Trecho Road-Entruncation BR-116/259/451 (Governor Valadares)-Enthroning MG-020-in the BR-381-in the State of Minas Gerais (UO 39,252).

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
