I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Renan Calheiros, President of the Federal Senate, under the terms of the single paragraph of art. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 158, DE 2014

Approves the act that outorship permission to SINAL BRAZILIAN OF COMMUNICATION S/C LTDA. to explore sound broadcasting service in modulated frequency in the city of Pradópolis, State of São Paulo.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved of the act referred to in Portaria No. 77 of March 29, 2011, which outored permission to the Brazilian Sign of Communication S/C Ltda. to explore, for 10 (ten) years, without a right of exclusivity, sound broadcasting service in frequency modulated in the city of Pradópolis, State of São Paulo.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
