I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Jader Barbalho, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art. 48, item 28, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 73, DE 2001

Approves the act that renews the concession of?Broadcaster Radio Broadcaster Santa Cruz Ltda.? to explore medium-wave noise broadcasting service in the city of Santa Cruz do Rio Pardo, State of São Paulo.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Decree s / para. of February 4, 1998, which renews for ten years, from 1º May 1994, the grant of?Broadcaster Radio Broadcaster Santa Cruz Ltda.? to explore, without a right to exclusivity, average wave broadcasting service in the city of Santa Cruz do Rio Pardo, State of São Paulo.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
