Has over the Indent Export Tax on the products it mentions.
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the case of the attribution conferring you the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and in view of the provisions of art. 1º to 4º of Decree-Law No. 1,578, October 1977.
Art. 1º The products classified in heading No. 4813 and in Code 5601.22.91 of the Tax Incidence Table on industrialized product-TIPI, approved by Decree No 2,092 of December 10, 1996, when exported to South America and America Central, Inclusive Caribbean, are subject to the incidence of Export Tax to the aliquot of one hundred percent and fifty percent.
§ 1º The Dispost in the caput also applies in the export of the export registration objects which is approved by the competent organ on the date of the publication of this decree, in the Integrated Foreign Trade System- Siscomex, and who will come to undergo alteration, including with regard to the shelf life for boarding.
§ 2º Implementation of the provisions contained in these articles the products exported to Argentina, Chile and Ecuador.
Art. 2º The Office of the Federal Revenue Office shall expedite the standards necessary for the application of the provisions of this Decree.
Art. 3º This decree shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
Art. 4º It shall be repealed Decree No 3,586 of September 5, 2000.
