Institutes November 3 as the Day National of the Quile.

P R E S I D E N T A D A R E P B L I C A

I make it known that the National Congress decrees and I sanction the following Law:

Art. 1º It is instituted the National Day of the Quile, to be celebrated annually, across the national territory, on November 3.

Art. 2º This Act shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
