DECREE NO 8,306, DE September 23, 2014

Promulga the Agreement between the Government of Federative Republic of Brazil and the Government of the Republic of the Philippines on the Exercise of Paid Activity by Part of Dependent Staff of Diplomatic, Consular, Administrative and Technical Personnel, signed in Brasilia, on June 24, 2009.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE FEDERAL TRIBUNAL TRIBUNAL, in the exercise of the post of THE PRESIDENT DA REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignments that confer on art 80, the art. 84, caput, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and

Considering that the Agreement between the Government of the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Government has been concluded of the Republic of the Philippines on the Exercise of Paid Activity by Dependent Party of Diplomatic, Consular, Administrative and Technical Personnel, in Brasilia, on June 24, 2009 ;

Considering that the National Congress has approved the Agreement through Legislative Decree no 262, 1º of September 2011 ; and

Considering that the Agreement has entered into force for the Federative Republic of Brazil, in the legal plan external, on October 12, 2011, in the terms of its Article 9º;

DECRETA:

Art. 1º The Agreement between the Government of the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Government of the Republic of the Philippines on the Exercise of Paid Activity by Part of Dependent Personnel of Diplomatic, Consular, Administrative and Technical Personnel, in Brasilia, on June 24, 2009, annex to this Decree.

Art. 2º They are subject to the approval of the National Congress acts that may result in revision of the Agreement and complementary adjustments that entail burdens or commitments to the national heritage, pursuant to the inciso I of the caput of the art. 49 of the Constitution

Art. 3º This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
