Opens to the Union Fiscal Budget, in favor of Union Financial Charter and Official Credit Operations, special credit worth R$ 745,150,000.00, for the purposes it specifies.

THE CHAIRWOMAN OF THE REPUBLIC

I make it known that the National Congress decrees and I sanction the following Law:

Art. 1º It is open to the Union Tax Budget (Law No. 13,115 of April 20, 2015), in favor of Union Financial Charter and Official Credit Operations, special credit worth R$ 745,150,000.00 (seven hundred and forty five million, one hundred and fifty thousand reais), to meet the constant programming of Annex I.

Art. 2º The resources required for the opening of the credit that it treats art. 1º arise from:

I-excess collection, worth R$ 600,150,000.00 (six hundred million, one hundred and fifty thousand reais), of Remuneration of the National Treasury Availabilities ; and

II-partial cancellation of budget allocation, worth R$ 145,000,000.00 per cent (one hundred and forty-five million reais), as indicated in Annex II.

Art. 3º This Act shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
