I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Ramez Tebet, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, item 28, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE-No. 438, DE 2001

Approves the act authorising the COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ANGICAL-PIAUTO-XX_ENCODE_CASE_ONE adecomuna to perform community broadcasting service in the city of Angical of Piauí, State of Piauí.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 121 of August 11, 1999 authorising the Community Development Association of the Municipality of Angical-Piauí-ADECOMUNA to be executed, for three years, without the right to uniqueness, community broadcasting service in the city of Angical of Piauí, State of Piauí.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
