I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, under the single paragraph of the art. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 431, DE 2012

Approves the act that outorship authorization to the RIOSULAN ASSOCIATION OF CULTURE AND COMMUNITY BROADCASTING YOUNG RIVER to perform community broadcasting service in the city of Rio do Sul, State of Santa Catarina.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 950 of November 20, 2009, which outored authorization to the Riosulan Culture and Community Broadcasting Association Youth River to perform, for 10 (ten) years, without the right of exclusivity, service of community broadcasting in the city of Rio do Sul, State of Santa Catarina.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
