I make it know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Garibaldi Alves Filho, President of the Senate Federal, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 263, DE 2008 (*)

Approves the text of the Memorandum of Understanding on Trilateral Cooperation in Agriculture and Areas Areas between the Governments of the Federative Republic of Brazil, the Republic of South Africa and the Republic of India within the framework of the India-Brazil-South Africa Dialogue Forum, signed in Brasilia, on September 13, 2006, during the I Summit of the IBAS.

The National Congress decrees:

Art.It is approved the text of the Memorandum of Understanding on Trilateral Cooperation in Agriculture and Areas Areas between the Governments of the Federative Republic of Brazil, the Republic of South Africa and the Republic of India within the framework of the India-Brazil-South Africa Dialogue Forum, signed in Brasilia on September 13, 2006, during the I Summit of the IBAS.

Single Paragraph. They shall be subject to the approval of the National Congress any acts that may result in revision of the said Memorandum of Understanding, as well as any supplementary adjustments which, pursuant to the inciso I of the art caput. 49 of the Federal Constitution, carries charges or written commitments to national heritage.

Art.This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
