I make it known that the National Congress has approved, and I, Jose Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art single paragraph. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 19, DE 2010

Approves the act that outorship authorization to the COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION OF RADIO AND TV OF MENDES to run community broadcasting service in the city of Mendes, State of Rio de Janeiro.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved of the act referred to in Portaria No. 291 of June 8, 2006, which outored authorization to the Community Association of Radio and TV of Mendes to perform, for 10 (ten) years, without a right of exclusivity, broadcasting service community in the city of Mendes, State of Rio de Janeiro.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
