DECREE NO 8,308, DE September 23, 2014

Promulga the Agreement between the Government of Federative Republic of Brazil and the Government of Romania on the Exercise of Paid Activities by Part of Dependents of Diplomatic Mission Members and Consular Repartitions, firmed in Rio de Janeiro, on May 28, 2010.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE FEDERAL TRIBUNAL TRIBUNAL, in the exercise of the post of THE PRESIDENT DA REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignments that confer on art 80, the art. 84, caput, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and

Considering that the Agreement between the Government of the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Government has been concluded of Romania on the Exercise of Paid Activities by Part of Dependents of Diplomatic Mission Members and Consular Repartitions, in Rio de Janeiro, on May 28, 2010 ;

Considering that the National Congress has approved the Agreement through Legislative Decree no 188, 25 of May 2012 ; and

Considering that the Agreement has entered into force for the Federative Republic of Brazil, in the legal plan external, on June 30, 2012, pursuant to paragraph 2º of its Article 10 ;

DECRETA:

Art. 1º The Agreement between the Government of the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Government of Romania on the Exercise of Paid Activities by Part of Dependent Members of Diplomatic Mission and Consular Repartitions, firmed in Rio de Janeiro, is promulgated January, on May 28, 2010, annex to this Decree.

Art. 2º They are subject to the approval of the National Congress acts that may result in revision of the Agreement and complementary adjustments that entail burdens or commitments to the national heritage, pursuant to the inciso I of the art caput. 49 of the Constitution

Art. 3º This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
