DECREE NO 5,771, DE May 8, 2006.

Disposes on the creation of the Embassy of the Brazil in the Republic of Zambia, based in Lusaka.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution conferring you the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and in view of the willing in the arts. 27, inciso XIX, and 50 of the Act No 10,683 of May 28, 2003,

DECRETA:

Art. 1º It is created the Embassy of Brazil in the Republic of Zambia, based in Lusaka.

Art. 2º This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its publication.

Art. 3º It is revoked the inciso XXXVIII of the art. 1º of Decree No 5,073 of May 10, 2004.
