DECREE OF November 30, 2011

Outorga to Taubuntil Transmitter Lines of Energy Ltda. concession for the operation of the public electric power transmission service, relative to the Tubuntil Line-New Iguaçu Line, Simple circuit, at 500 kV, in the States of São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, and to Substation Nova Iguaçu, 500/345 kV and 500/138 kV, in the State of Rio de Janeiro.

THE REPUBLIC OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution conferring you the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, with a view to the provisions of the Laws No 8,987 of February 13, 1995, No 9,074, July 7, 1995, July 7, 1995, and No 9,648 of May 27, 1998, and what is contained in Processes No 48500.000981 /2011-41 and No 48500.005566 / 2011-84,

D E C R E T A:

Art. 1º It is bestoned on the Lines of Taubuntil Transmitter of Energy Ltda. concession for the operation of the public electric power transmission service, upon construction, operation, maintenance and other associated facilities required of the functions of measurement, supervision, protecti administration and support of the ventures Line of Transmission Taubuntil-New Iguaçu, Simple Circuit, at 500 kV, located in the states of São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, and Substation Nova Iguaçu, 500/345 kV and 500/138 kV, located in the State of Rio de January.

Art. 2º The granting of this Decree shall apply for the period of thirty years, counted from the date of signature of the respective public power transmission service concession contract.

§ 1º The Contract is to be signed within thirty days, counted from the convocation made by the National Electric Power Agency-ANEEL, under penalty of ineffectiveness of the concession ora outored.

§ 2º Mediating application of the Lines of Taubuntil Transmitter of Energy Ltda. to ANEEL, presented up to thirty-six months before the termination of the constant deadline of the caput, the concession may be extended under the conditions that are stipulated.

Art. 3º The existing goods and facilities in function of the electric power transmission service shall be linked to the public services granted, upon disposal, assignment, transfer or dation in guarantee, without prior and express permission of ANEEL.

Single Paragraph. Upon expiry of the concession deadline, the goods and facilities linked to the provision of the public electric power transmission service granted will revere to the Union, in the manner provided for by law and in the Grant

Art. 4º This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
