I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Renan Calheiros, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 314, DE 2005

Approves the act that renews the concession of the radio newspaper newspaper of assis chateaubriand ltda. to explore medium-wave noise broadcasting service in the city of Assisi Chateaubriand, State of Paraná.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Decree s / para. of July 10, 2002, which renews for 10 (ten) years, as of December 28, 1997, the grant of Radio Journal of Assisi Chateaubriand Ltda. to explore, without a right to exclusivity, average wave broadcasting service in the city of Assisi Chateaubriand, State of Paraná.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
