I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Renan Calheiros, President of the Federal Senate, under the terms of the single paragraph of art. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 31, DE 2015

Approves the act that outorship authorization to the COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION OF THE VINHOSA NEIGHBORHOOD to run community broadcasting service in the city of Itaperuna, State of Rio de Janeiro.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 343 of August 17, 2011, which outored authorization to the Community Association of the Vinhosa Neighborhood to perform, for 10 (ten) years, without a right of exclusivity, community broadcasting service in the city of Itaperuna, State of Rio de Janeiro.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
